Besides my faith and my family, my greatest passion in life is teaching women and couples about God's wonderful design for the female body. My experiences as a wife, mom, and nurse have inspired me to commit myself to providing high-quality fertility and childbirth education to women and couples. My goal is to help every woman feel safe, informed, and empowered!
I teach young women to understand and respect their bodies throughout the early years of cycling. I help women to navigate reproductive health concerns by tracking their biomarkers as a vital sign of health. I instruct couples how to cooperate with their natural rhythms of fertility in order to achieve or avoid pregnancy. And when a baby is on the way, I equip couples with knowledge and skills to promote a positive pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience!

My Why
I am passionate about helping women uncover the beautiful design of their female body. The name WOMB (an abbreviation for Wonderfully Made Body) comes from Psalm 139:13-14

Pregnant couples, you have many choices to make throughout your parenthood journey . I am here to help you anticipate the tests & interventions that may be presented to you by midwives, Ob/Gyns, and pediatricians so you can carefully consider your options. You deserve to be respected and valued as the center of your care team.
